Mindfulness Meditation

Are you stressed out, burnt out, overworked, stuck in your head often? Have you been curious to try meditating? Maybe you’ve heard about how healthy it is for the brain, but find it a challenge to get started. Enjoy a non-intimidating introduction to customized meditation sessions that encourage present moment awareness. I’m skilled in mindfulness meditation and awareness training in alignment with the teachings of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and I have completed ongoing coursework and meditation retreats through the Insight Meditation Society since 2013. Guided meditation sessions are being offered on a one-on-one basis, as well as with couples who are looking to reconnect with each other.
