The Holistic SLP®
My background
I was born and raised in a bicultural, multilingual home as a first-generation Asian American. I was naturally observant and drawn to caring for others. These qualities shaped my ongoing curiosities about our shared humanness. My love of languages, sciences, visual arts, and the healing arts led me to speech-language pathology at 19, and a guiding theme has followed me ever since. What appear to be opposites (Eastern and Western, naturopathic and clinical, yin and yang) are actually meant to harmonize. Through my own healing journey, I have dedicated my path to exploring that intrinsic balance and leading others into alignment and reawakening.
My training
I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh (BA, Communication Science & Linguistics, 2011) and summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (MA, Speech-Language Pathology, 2013), followed by my clinical fellowship. In 2015, I became “The Traveling SLP,” publishing, mentoring fellow SLPs, and practicing across diverse medical and school settings. In 2020, I transitioned to telehealth and home visits, organically growing The Holistic SLP® — a practice built to expand how we understand healing beyond the conventional medical model. Around that same time, I deepened my intuitive practice, training intensively in reiki energy healing and becoming a certified reiki master-teacher in Usui/Tibetan, Holy Fire®, and Karuna Reiki®. This work, alongside my activated inherited clairvoyant and other clair-sensing abilities, has allowed me to bridge the quantum and the human in a truly unique and grounded way.
My mission
As the holistic speech therapy movement grew, SLPs worldwide began seeking intuitive guidance and heart-centered mentorship. It is my great honor to meet you where you are, with my sharp clinical grounding, refined intuitive gifts, and deep dedication to your growth. I look forward to connecting.
