Reiki 1 class with Sherri
If you have heard of or experienced a transformative reiki energy healing session and find yourself drawn to learning this ancient healing arts modality to channel reiki yourself, this is a special opportunity for mentoring and formal reiki instruction, attunements/ignitions, and official certification.
Reiki 1 focuses on the history of traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki, physical healing, and healing of yourself, physical spaces, animal friends, plants, food, water.
*No prior experience is required for this course. Join us if you feel guided, and I will meet you where you are.
Course material aligns with teachings from the founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the mainstream lineage of reiki, known formally as Usui Shiki Ryoho. This is the system of reiki founded by Sensei Mikao Usui in Japan, then passed through Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and then to Mrs. Hawayo Takata in Hawaii as the first U.S. reiki master, who then taught Bethel Phaigh, and Bethel Phaigh taught William Lee Rand, who is one of my teachers.

Reiki 2 class with Sherri
If you have completed your Reiki 1 training, attunement, and certification, this is the next step in deepening your reiki journey.
Reiki 2 focuses on healing at the mental and emotional level, as well as healing across time and space (which makes long-distance or distant channeling possible).
*Reiki level 1 certification is a prerequisite for this course.

Reiki 3/Master class with Sherri
The Reiki 3/Master class is a two-day course that focuses on healing at the soul level and teaching reiki formally to others. You will receive a Reiki level 3 and Reiki Master/Teacher certification upon successful completion of this course.
*Reiki level 2 certification is a prerequisite for this course.

Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® classes are available by request. Shamanic reiki integrated sessions are available, and a variety of shamanic drumming/journeying workshops are offered 1:1.
Customized mentoring and 1:1 or private group classes are currently offered either remotely or in person in Glastonbury (Connecticut), Farmington (Connecticut), and Northampton (Massachusetts).
I also have the ability to teach children and adolescents in a way that relates to them, as long as they are able to give informed consent for learning reiki.
